The guy who made this is very smart. I wish they had this around when the N64 was hot and trendy. Still a very good piece of technology.
Lebron James Day?
Thursday June 16th, the Peoria Chiefs, the class A Chicago Cubs team, will have a Lebron James replica ring day where all of those who attend will get a replica championship ring. Do you know what they will get? Nothing! Days after the Miami newspaper mistakenly ran the Heat champion gear the Peoria Chiefs announced Lebron James day.
The Chief already had their mind set on replaying Chicago Bullsfor winning their 6 NBA titles and where hoping the Chicago Bulls would be coming off another title win. To poke more fun at Lebron James, the Chiefs wants to miss the fourth since Lebron James was non-exsistant during those 12 mintues.
What fun people are having at the expense of King Cry Baby, Lebron James.

Maybe Next Year
The Dallas Mavs have won the 2011 NBA finals 4-2 in Miami. The heavy favorites at the start of the finals, seem to hit a wall called Dirk and Terry along with the whole Mavs team. Lebron James had a decent game with 21 points along with Dwayne Wade with 17, was no match for Terry 27 and Dirk with 21 points, ten in the fourth quarter. The Heat faught well this game but end up losing.
Is this a bust season for the Heat and the big 3? Indeed it is with Lebron claming they will be a dynasty without winning one ring yet. All this trash they spoke at last season came to catch up and bite them in the ass.
For those Lebron James fans, he will never be in the same catagory with MJ. A man that did not show up this series one and did not have a killer instinct like MJ had only further proves that Lebron will never be a in the same catagory with the greats and lost his only real chance to win a ring with the rest of the leauge already seen how to be them thanks to Dallas shuting them down.
Congrats to the Dallas Mavs for winning this year and lets hope there is not a lock out for the NBA like they are suggesting.

Big D put up a big game
As you guys saw last night, Dallas is ready to win this series giving Dirk Nowitski his title he lost in 2006. The Mavs are playing they have a purpose and that is winning a title. Shooting 57%, and 68% from beyond the arc, Dallas destroyed Miami defesne or so they claim they had. Lets give credit when credit is due, Lebron James had a triple double from his horrible game 8 points in game four which helped Miami stay in the game all they way until moments into the fourth when Jason "The Jet" Terry shot a 3 in front to Lebron's face, shooting like it was November with a young season.

What killed Miami this whole series is the fourth quarter where Lebron only scored 11 points this whole series while Dirk 54 points, and the lack of closing defense they showed during the Chicago series and pervious series in the playoff. The Heat need to turn up the heat closing games better and not allowing Dallas to get big runs or allowing Dirk or Terry scoring big points in the fourth. Dallas as well finally hit their swing with role players scoring in double figures, taking the pressure off of Dirk.
I want to see this series going to 7 games with close games all ending up with 3 or fewer points to win. Miami has everything to win game 6 at home if people help D Wade who is having a great series from the horrible Eastern Conference finals he had. Will D Wade have his help from the multi-million dollar cast of Lebron and Bosh? Or will Dallas put up another great game and Dirk finally gets the ring he truely deserves? We have to wait until Sunday to see which team has the better game.

Am I getting old?
Video games have been around for 20 plus years dating back all the way to Atari pong. Before, video game systems were allowed to play its course before the newest and greatest gaming system came and took $200 from our pockets. If people didn't have the money they could wait and still play their older gaming system with it working as new. Now a days, it seems that gaming systems aren't meant to last like the older gaming systems. I for one still have my Super Nintendo that dates back probably early 1990's and it works without a problem. Recently my Xbox 360 gave me a world of problems with the hard drive becoming damage and then the system itself crashing.
This made me wonder, Are gaming companies just putting systems together to make money? Speaking with a few of my close friends, my question seems to be true. They had similar problems with there gaming system mainly Xbox. So, I question Xbox support to see how much it would cost to repair out once $300 system. According to them repairs would aim upwards to $100 or more assuming we didn't have the warrenty. Now it seems that our $300 system now turned out to be $400 or more. The warrenty would have been great to have right about now, but it seems that when people the warrenty the system doesn't have one problem, but after it expires everything goes to shits and falls apart.
So I decided to go and trade in my games and Xbox parts to Game Stop for a whopping $112.50 a fraction of what I spent including the system and video games. I looked at it with a sad expression knowing I had over a thousand dollars in once mint conditions goods now a dismal few hundard dollars. So I browsed around and seem to be drawn towards a $29.99 Nintendo Game Cube along with a few games.
Call me old or a nerd, but I figure that older systems have more enjoyablity with nostaligic game play and memories that arise from late night game play with friends and family that will stay close to your heart. With all of this said and done game systems do not hold their value and the price for these newer systems just aren't worth it anymore. Those $400 dollars or whatever price can be put to better use unless these newer generation game systems prove that they will last 20 plus years like the older systems have done then, and only then will I purchase a new game system.

To kill some time
If your bored and looking for things to do here are a few links for your enjoyment
Its a bird.. Its a plane... NO it the Wii2?
Reports have shown the Nintendo will be releasing the Wii 2 or WiiU next year. It made its debut at E3 this year. The new design will allow players to play on the controller that looks a lot like an Ipad. The 6.2 inch touch screen controller, displays the action on the screen allowing handlers to play and not use the T.V. With many other features besides on controller game play, the WiiU will have voice activated calling so you can trash talk your friends on beating them at Mario Kart. Nintendo has once again pushed the technological advancements of video games to a new hight. Coming out a year early, Nintendo aims to widen its fan base along with deeper game play for those hard core gamers. Will this produce the first hand held console game system? Will this take gaming to a hold another level? Only time and Nintendo will tell if the WiiU will be as good as Nintendo claim it will be.
How to make the Bulls better
Alright Bulls fans this was a great season with MVP D-Rose at the head of the Chicago Bulls going 62-20 in the regular season and losing to the Heat in 5 in the Eastern Conference Finals which proved to show the Bulls weakness. I am going give my ideas to fix the Bulls and become a Finals bound team in 2011-2012 season.
1. Get reason of Boozer!! In the playoffs, Boozer showed his age and lack of defense that he has. Boozer during the Heat series avg about 5 points a game at home where the Bulls needed the most of his offensive abilities he showed on the road in the Heat series. I offer one of two solutions. One try and get Dewight "Superman" Howard to the Bulls. Howard avg. about 20 points and 20 rebounds a game which paired with D-Rose can you say unstoppable force. Also Howard named Defensive player of the Year fits perfect with Tibs team mindset. Or the second option would be to start Taj Gibson at PF and have Booz on the bench if they can't get rid of him. Remember the dunk Gibson did to D-wade game one? Well he shows a lot of promise to become a very good player playing great defense which boozer can't and scoring 10 points a game which is at least consistant.
2. Get D-Rose a SG! Its been spoken a lot and Rose needs another scoring option so he doesn't feel the weight of the world on him to carry the Bulls to victory. Granted Rose is the superstar on the Bulls yet, someone else would prove to give Rose me comfort knowing if he has a bad game his SG can possibly take over a night. Kyle "Hot sauce" Korver is a great off the bench to spread the defense around but in the Heat series Hot sauce looked very mild sauce. On the free agent market, the Bulls can get Jamal Crawford, but he plays better as a 6th man off the bench. The Bulls can get Rip Hamilton for the Pistons. A dangerous scorer, and a good defensive minded person he would fit perfectly into the Bulls team. The Bulls can go for Jason Terry for the Mavs, he puts up very good number yet he comes off the bench for the Mavs and any other team he would start. Terry is a great scorer can give Rose break take over a game at times.
3. More rest please! During the Heat Series, Rose played a lot of minutes during the games. He needs rest to play at peak perfromace. CJ Watson is able to run the team while Rose rest for about 4-6 mintues during the second and fourth or even thru out the game. To have a very deep playoff run Rose needs he legs to be fresh, I understand Tibs needed his best player out there but he is only human.
With the Finals coming to a close lets hope the Bulls front Office picks up a part or two for the Bulls Finals run next year. Lets see if next year in May the Heat can withstand the D-Rose and Dewight Howard.(?) Will Superman save the day? We will have to see what happens this offseason.

Things to make you laugh #2
All of these are my favorite comics from http://www.explosm.net/. I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I do.
What the CUBS?!!?
Is it me or are the Chicago Cubs stinking up the joint worst then a baby's diaper? On Saturday and Sunday the Cubs showed a glimps of promise with leads into the 9th but sure enough like the Sun and rising, the Cubs choked like always it seems.
The bad guy this time was the famous Albert Pujols who kills the Cubs everytime he is up to bat against them. In this seires alone, Pujols had four homeruns proving critics that he isn't in any slump well at least against the Cubs he isn't.
The Cubs sadly are worst then the Pittsburgh Pirates I mean no offense to those Pirates fans but thats very low for the Cubs like Big Z said, "We are playing like a Triple A team!" On the brightside they Cubs can't get any lower then this and sad to say but Cub fans, this is another rebuilding year for at least this year. Hey 2012 can be the Cubs year only if the world ends and it doesn't look too hopeful. Sit back and relax because basketball season is coming soon Cub fans and also football season if they fix this lockout. Only time will show if the cubs can at least finish with a respectable record or be the lovable losers of old..

A sad day in America
Don't mess with this kids bacon. He will go crazy.
Lebron the Chaser
Over the last few days people started to compare Lebron to Jordan. I have to disagree with this idea. Lebron left the Cavs to get a ring in Mamai with Wade and Bosh last summer and not wait until the Cavs built a soild team around him like Jordan during the 90's minus the year Jordan played baseball with the Chicago White Soxs. Lebron had to run and force a ring this year and not wait for his time to come. With right intent, the Cavs fans should always root against Lebron only because he hung them out to dry last summer like they were laundy drying on the line.
Imagine if Bird, Magic and Jordan joined forces together. That would of been complete chaos with which ever team having them winning easily ten or more finals. The Heat "Big Three" need to win a ring this year or else the season was a failure for them. Sadly the Heat will face stiff resistance from the Chicago Bull. The Heat better hope Howard doesn't concider coming to Chicago ruining the Heats chances of being an elite team.

Thats a whole lot of cheese!!
With yesterday drawings of the Mega Millions came to a close it was discovered that no one won it. Now the 304million dollar jackpot for Friday is out their causing a buzz to become an instant millionaire. Groups of people are pitching in money together to get this huge jackpot spending roughly 20 or 30 dollars for mega million tickets. What are the chances of you winning this amount of money? Its about the same as the Cavs actually winning a game. Tuesday, March 22, 2011
Game of the Year?
For those who have not played Dragon Age 2 I would say play it! This game is hands down one of the best games I have played in recent years. The game design is perfect in everything is crystal clear and runs very smoothly. The game play is outstanding in every aspect. This game, I believe, gives COD a run for its money.
When I was playing Dragon Age I could not put down the remote. The storyline caught my attention and I became engulfed in the game losing if I was in reality or in the game. Do not listen to others out there who say Dragon Age two is a horrible game, it lost everything from the Original Dragon Age it didn't its a great improvement from the first Dragon Age game.

I would say this game up there with COD with I would say better replay value then COD. Getting lost in world we drempt about as young childern killing wild beasts, demons, and saving a kingdom from doom. Dragon Age 2 should be played even by the most casual of players and you will respect the creativity BioWare hatched out in this game.

Derrick Rose: The future of basketball
Basketball has a new icon and his name is not Lebron James. Oh no I am talking about Derrick Rose
of the Chicago Bulls. Derrick Rose has emerged as a superstar this season leading the Chicago Bulls to the 1st seed in the Eastern Conference ahead of the aging Boston Celtics and the "Dream team" Miami Heat.
of the Chicago Bulls. Derrick Rose has emerged as a superstar this season leading the Chicago Bulls to the 1st seed in the Eastern Conference ahead of the aging Boston Celtics and the "Dream team" Miami Heat. Derrick Rose averages 24.8 points per game and 7.8 assists per game with 4.2 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game. Those amazing stats are enough to lead the Bulls on a charge into the playoffs and potentally go the NBA Finals. I will admit Derrick Rose has a great cast of players around him which allows him to flourish and have an amazing season.
What is Lebron James saying now that he went to the Heat and have the third seed in the East.
Lebron James you had your chance to play for a winning teaming with great potential to win a ring, and if you don't you will be the laughing stock of the whole NBA, well at least the Cavs. Could of stayed there and done hell of a lot better then you are now ya dig?
So we shall see if Lebron James should of done, and what should he do. And if the Chicago Bulls destory the Heat in the playoffs. Only time will tell and what holds true for Derrick Rose and his superstardom.

Barry Bonds reappears!
Barry Bonds all time leader in home runs in the MLB passing Hank Aaron. All time leader in walks in the MLB, and other Hall of Fame stats. Yet these are getting over looked because Barry Bonds is currently on trial for perjury stating he did not use steriods and two he played in the steriod age.
In any case we should understand that every sport has a period of illegal activity, and we should understand and mark it in the history books. History like this should then be prevented to keep the integrity of the sport that we grew up to love and enjoy.
For starters people how can say Bonds did or did not use steriods when all of the MLB during that era were using steriods. Players like Sammy Sosa, or Mark "Big Mac" Mcgwire potentally used steriods and they are not going to court. Mcgwire is on the Hall of Fame ballot and yet Bonds isn't. Barry Bonds has better stats then Big Mac and more awards. If anyone should be in the Hall its Barry Bonds.
I do not agree with the idea that these players used performace enhancing drugs to get better stats and better at the game of baseball, yet I do agree they should be in the Hall of Fame if they put up numbers that are deserving to be in the Hall.
In any case we should understand that every sport has a period of illegal activity, and we should understand and mark it in the history books. History like this should then be prevented to keep the integrity of the sport that we grew up to love and enjoy.

Japan: It's a natural thing
To those people out there who think either 1 God made Japan have an Earthquake or 2 the world is ending should probably do some reseach on earthquakes. Earthquakes for those who haven't paid attention in science class is a force of two plates rubbing together not God clapping his hands saying "Let there be an Earthquake!"
Secondly people, the world will not end. These ideas that the world will end in 2012 is a misconception on improper ideas of a text. Surly if the world is going to end then the Chicago Cubs must win a World Series in 2012. I mean that's the only way Hell will freeze over and the Earth will collapse and then I say the world will end. And those people who believe that God answered you prayers to "open the eyes of the none believers" think of all off people you are affecting. Your religion is not the best and everyone is entitle to think what they want to think and you shouldn't pose your ideas on them.

Minnesota Twins: Bigger goals
Move over Chicago White Soxs, The Twins are back and ready again. This season, the Minnesota Twins look healthy and better then they have looked in recent years. For starters, their big bat Justin Morneau should be back in full action from his concussion July 7 against Toronto. Hope are high for this team with a healthy offense. One of the key concerns for this team will be starting pitching. A few of the Twins starters had minor surgery in the offseason questioning their health during the longer baseball season. Do not be surprise twins fans that Minnesota makes key trades during the year to improve their starting rotation as well as their bullpen. Another key showing during this Spring training, Joe Nathan work load is now increasing. Will he become the closer after last season Tommy John surgery? We have to see how Nathan the staff and Nathan respond. I would say he is ready to return to his control as Minnesota's closer. NFL Lockout
With the NFL lockout looming ahead, fans are wondering will there be a 2011-2012 NFL season?
NFL owners generate roughly a billion dollars in ticket sale and team wear. Owners like Jerry Jones who created a multi-million dollar arena will possibly lose their investment towards their team. A lost season as well would hurt the NFL. Last year the league grossed in about 100billion dollars, and any money saved will be lost with the Anti-trust law suit players are filling like Tom Brady, Payton Manning, and Drew Brees. These players are on a mission for all the wrong doings of the NFL. They goin' find you league you can run and tell that.
What does this mean for the new rookies coming to the NFL? These kids will get drafted and possibly not play lose a good season to learn and grow as professional. The league will be looking towards the FIFA to have no pay limit and allow to pay any price towards their star players.
We will see what will happen in the months to come. Lets hope the NFL gets their head straight and have a season.

Flu aftermath jeopardizing Peavy's next start
GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Jake Peavy arrived at the White Sox Camelback Ranch complex on Friday still suffering the aftermath of a serious bout with the flu, thus putting his scheduled Saturday start against the A's at Phoenix Municipal Stadium in jeopardy.
Peavy said White Sox coaches told him they were contemplating his immediate future, and he didn't like what he was hearing.
"I thought it was a go, 100 percent," Peavy said hours before the White Sox were scheduled to play the A's in a late-afternoon game here. "But I think we're going to talk about it. I would love to stay on schedule and stay with it."
The right-hander is still hoping to make his fourth start of the spring as he returns from experimental surgery last July 14 to reattach the tendon that anchors the latissimus dorsi muscle to the rear of the shoulder.
"Hopefully I'll get better over the day," Peavy said. "I'm still having trouble with my stomach, keeping food down. You all know what I'm going through. When your stomach is uneasy and you can't put food in, of course you're going to be weak. But I have stayed hydrated. They gave me some IVs and bags of fluid the past couple of days, so that goes a long way in helping you feel good."
Peavy, though, did appear tired and out of sorts, his eyes heavy. He last pitched Monday against the Padres, his former team, and tossed a spring-high 67 pitches, allowing six hits and three runs in four innings. He hadn't thrown a ball since, but hoped to at least play catch on Friday.
Peavy is on a specific program of building arm strength toward the regular season. He had been told he might be out for a year after the surgery, but is at least four months ahead of schedule.
"We certainly like to throw between starts," he said. "But honestly, it was all I could do to get out of bed yesterday just to get into see a doctor to where they could put fluids in me. If you can't get out of bed, you can't play catch and do the things you need to do, but at the same time I'm going to go out there and see what we can do today. I'm just going to try to play catch and see how my body feels, and see if tomorrow is a smart thing to do or maybe out of the question. We'll see how it goes."
San Diego's 15th-round pick in the 1999 First-Year Player Draft, Peavy didn't want to leave the Padres when he was shipped to Chicago at the witching hour of the July 31, 2009, non-waiver Trade Deadline. He owned a no-trade clause in his extended contract, and earlier that season had nixed a deal to the White Sox.
But ownership was converting from majority holder John Moores to a group headed by Jeff Moorad, and he made it clear that the club could not afford the $63 million in guaranteed money remaining on his contract. Under intense pressure, Peavy relented.
Peavy arrived as damaged goods, with a tendon injury in his right foot. Then, trying to pitch with it, he suspects he blew out his shoulder last season. He has made only 20 starts for Chicago, and was tentatively projected as its No. 5 starter with the possibility of pitching against the Royals in Kansas City on April 6.
Peavy said on Friday that his shoulder still feels fine, perhaps the best since he won the National League Cy Young Award and the pitching Triple Crown with 19 wins, a 2.54 ERA and 240 strikeouts during the 2007 season.
Peavy went fishing and then to dinner on Tuesday's off-day and began to feel symptoms later on that night. This spring, Peavy is 0-2 with a 3.72 ERA, three walks and five strikeouts in his three starts, covering 9 2/3 innings.
Now he is facing this setback.
"I was in bad, bad shape there," Peavy said. "For the first 24 hours I didn't leave a cold little spot on the bathroom floor. It wasn't pretty. I think we've all been there, but I haven't been sick like that in quite a while. I was as sick as I have ever been in my life.
"My body feels real achy and weak right now. But like I said, if it was up to me I certainly would like to go out there and pitch, and stay on schedule to do that."
